ABOUT

Chemical Peel

A chemical peel is a cosmetic treatment that uses specific solutions to exfoliate and break down the outer, dead layers of skin cells, revealing fresher, smoother, more radiant and youthful-looking skin. Chemical peels can target various skin concerns such as fine lines, acne, sun damage, hyperpigmentation, dull, and uneven skin texture.

The treatment can be customised based on skin type and the desired results,
with options ranging from light (superficial) to deeper (medium to deep) peels.

During the procedure, the chemical solution is applied to the skin, resulting in a controlled response of the skin layer we are targeting. This process stimulates the skin’s natural healing response, encouraging the production of new cells. Light peels generally have little to no downtime, while deeper peels may require more recovery time. The full procedure is fully explained during consultation.

Chemical peels are typically performed on the face but can also be done on other parts of the body.  For improved skin texture, reduced appearance of scars, a more even skin tone, and a brighter complexion.
